YOUTH & CHILD THERAPY

Thérapie pour les Jeunes et les Enfants.

At Burgess Counselling and Family Therapy, we understand the importance of offering tailored support to children and teens during critical stages of development. Our Child Therapy services  are designed for individuals aged 6 to 11, while our Youth Therapy is intended for those aged 12 to 17.

Children and adolescents today face a variety of difficulties that can affect their emotional and mental well-being. From academic pressures and social challenges to family changes and the influence of social media, these issues can create stress, anxiety, or low self-esteem. Therapy offers them a constructive outlet to process these experiences, helping them understand and manage their emotions while developing healthy coping strategies.

By attending therapy, your child or teen can gain valuable skills that promote resilience, emotional regulation, and improved relationships. Whether they are dealing with anxiety, behavioral issues, or simply need support navigating life’s ups and downs, our compassionate therapists are here to guide them on a path of growth and healing.
